We recognize that when a company faces a lawsuit irrespective of whether they are prosecuting or defending a claim, there is some other area of expertise which has made that company successful beyond the litigation itself. One of the goals of our commercial litigation practice is to know our clients' business and learn what makes them successful. Sometimes the advice we have to offer our corporate clients does not make us popular. We do not believe that it is our job to tell clients what they want to hear.
