Professional Summary
Ms. Wolff spent the first half of her career prosecuting criminal cases in West Texas and then made the switch to the civil side of the bar. While in law school, she was an Appellate law clerk for the Lubbock County District Attorney, where she wrote appellate briefs and petitions for discretionary review. Upon graduation from law school she was immediately hired as a prosecutor in Lubbock. She continued her career as a felony prosecutor in Ector County before moving back to Dallas where she was born and raised.
Since returning to Dallas, Ms. Wolff has been defending cases involving premises liability, automobile accidents, and sexual torts, as well as various other types of cases with an extensive jury trial history (over 100 trials). She has successfully tried cases in both Texas and Oklahoma and really enjoys being in the courtroom. Ms. Wolff also writes and argues briefs in the Courts of Appeals and has experience with NASD arbitrations.
Ms. Wolff currently works part-time as a Criminal District Court Magistrate for Dallas County. In her spare time, Ms. Wolff enjoys playing the flute and piccolo in the Plano Community Band, various arts and crafts and participating in triathlons.
